What IT risks do my employees face and how can they be avoided?

The IT Risks module ensures that the security of your data and IT system is not jeopardized by business trips abroad of employees.

• Can I take a laptop with me to the destination country?
• Does the hard drive have to be encrypted?
• Is data allowed locally on the device?
• Are smartphones and tablets allowed to be taken along?

Each employee is informed immediately after the travel application about the regulations in the destinated country. They do not have to enter their data twice, but instead it is retrieved directly from SAP Travel Management On Premise or Concur. It is also possible to connect to other travel management solutions.
