The module Entry Requirements supports the business traveler to always be professional prepared for entry into another country.

When the travel request is created in SAP Travel Management On Premise or in Concur, it directly checks whether the employee meets the necessary requirements for entry.

• ESTA applied for?
• Visa available?
• Conflicts with past travel?Work permit?

Of course, the privacy of the employee is respected. Data can be stored permanently or discarded at the request of the employee after verification.
